One Open Warehouse
Every record from every source — SCADA and historians, corporate systems, forms, public regulator data — joined to its operating context in one warehouse you can query directly. Your data, your AI.

Integration
Sources In. Everything Out.
Frontline capture

Forms, inspections, photos and OCR — via Forma.

Plant & fleet systems

OPC-UA, MQTT, PLCs, SCADA, historians, fleet management, time-series.

Corporate systems

HR, ERP, incident and claims records, lab systems, shift logs.

Public & regulatory data

Inspections, citations and industry benchmarks — 20+ regulator datasets in the US, refreshed weekly.

Not a black box

Most vendor suites lock you out of your own data — limited exports, per-seat APIs — so you can't point AI at it. Nexus gives full query-level access to every record, in a dimensional model your analysts can read, running in Docker on an on-premise server at your site. Your data never leaves your facility.

Excel add-in — governed warehouse access from the sheet
Dashboards & Performa — visualization rotations and crew scoreboards
Agentic AI — a semantic layer lets AI query, analyze and report
Praxis & TSAI — the substrate every research study and process model runs on
Power BI — on-premise integration for control-room displays
Everyone Ends Up in Excel

Twenty years of data warehouses teach the same law: whatever the tool, people take the data to Excel. Fight it and the exports still happen — just ungoverned, stale the moment they land, versioned by email attachment.

So we build for it. Every DDM platform ships with a Microsoft Excel add-in (C#, Excel-DNA): live, governed access to the warehouse, the platform's AI and analysis functions callable from the workbook, and no new software, browser or IT approval for most operations.

AI Does the Integration
Characterize. Engineer. Sustain.

Integration is the platform work AI does today — always with a person approving the change.

01
Characterize

AI profiles every source — schemas, semantics, data quality, lineage — before a single pipeline is written.

02
Engineer

AI generates the ETL itself: mappings, transforms, validation rules — reviewed and approved by people.

03
Sustain

AI watches the pipelines in production — schema drift, breakages, new fields — and proposes the repair.

Where this goes: specialist integration agents — a historian/PLC agent, an ERP & HR agent, a forms agent, a public-data agent — each owning its domain with its own context library, under human sign-off. Integration maintained as a practice, not a project. More on AI inside the platform →

Start With an Assessment, Not a Platform

We connect to your data, explore it systematically, and show you what it can and cannot do — before any platform commitment.
